Customer-oriented is the first value with which the Techking team has complied since the company's foundation. It guides us to stand aside with our global customers, create value for them, and strive for our mutual benefits.

Last October, our distributor in the Philippines, a large automobile and spare parts distributor, established a new tire sales department. To help the new sales staff quickly fit in, our Philippine Sales Manager Glenn discussed with their high-level executives and decided to hold a seminar for them. At the beginning of the seminar, Glenn comprehensively shared the basic knowledge of all-steel truck and bus tires and introduced the tire solutions and services that Techking currently provides. Then, to help them fully take advantage of the chances of visiting end users, Glenn shared his own experience and the tools and data collection templates he used before. The new sales staff also agreed to submit the site visit reports they made to us every month. Glenn will check and come back to them with suggestions.

In 2023, Glenn will spend more time staying in the Philippines. He will go visit local end users together with these new staff so that they can truly practice what they learned during this seminar and keep improving their sales skills.

After the seminar, the executives of our distributor highly appreciated Techking's support and collaboration. With our joint efforts, we are confident in getting deep insights into the off-road TBR market in the Philippines and prepared for significant growth in the future.
