On the 18th of May, 2022, Techking’s service engineer followed our distributor and visited a manganese mining site located in the west of Abidjan, the capital city of Cote d’Ivoire. Its owner is a potential customer of our distributor, which means he is also Techking tires’ potential end-user. The main purpose of this visit is to conduct pre-sales research and provide end-users with matching tire solutions and tire maintenance suggestions.
Following the standard pre-sales procedure of Techking, our service engineer collected lots of detailed information such as the equipment data, working conditions, and competitor brand information. Besides, the engineer checked also carefully the scrapped tires and tires in service.
During this on-site visit, our engineer found a lot of improper tire maintenance, such as underinflated tire pressure, inner tube without the valve, inappropriate tire for the application, improper tire tools or unmatched tires, etc. Regarding these problems, our engineer gave the end-user maintenance advice right after this on-site visit. Moreover, we provided this potential end-user with a super detailed site visit report plus a professional Techking tire solution.
